2022-2023 Coaching Application (Warkworth Minor Hockey)

Please be aware all coaches, trainers and managers of teams will be required to input police vulnerable sector check (PVSC) as supplied by police service the applicant resides in. (these will be available at the Canteen)


Coaches are to understand that the WMHA must approve all coaching staff prior to them being named to the roster.  The team roster will not be approved until staffs have been approved.


All coaches and staff will be required to sign a code of conduct form and coach contracts, refusal will lead to removal from team.
